Yes! All Speckle & Sip ceramics are microwave-safe unless otherwise noted on individual product pages.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes—our ceramics can go straight into the dishwasher. For longevity, we recommend hand-washing handmade pieces with gold or decorative accents.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from Ningbo, China. Delivery to the US and Europe typically takes 5–10 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping on all orders over  USD.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Are your products lead-free and food-safe?

Yes—all our glazes are food-safe and lead-free. We take your health seriously.
